In the west of the region, buses 40, 40A, 41 and 41A operate every half hour throughout the day from King's Lynn railway station to Sandringham and Hunstanton. Hourly direct trains operated by First Capital Connect (http://www.firstcapitalco...) connect King's Lynn with Ely, Cambridge and London King's Cross.

At the eastern end of the region there is regular and reliable rural train service operated along the Bittern Line from Norwich to Cromer and Sheringham operated by One (http://www.onerailway.com/).
